Morris Creative Group was tasked with creating a name, corporate identity, marketing plan and launch strategy for the merging of First Trust and Savings Bank in Tennessee with the Bank of McCreary County in Kentucky.
Through extensive market research and customer surveys, Morris Creative arrived at the merged bank’s new name: United Cumberland Bank. MCG created a detailed marketing and media plan to guide the bank’s marketing efforts during and after launch. To roll out the new bank’s identity to employees, customers and the communities, MCG created and executed a merger roll-out advertising campaign with printed and digital marketing components for 18 bank branches. To launch the new brand, MCG designed a new logo, stationery, brand style guide, a new and improved desktop and mobile website, print and web display ads, product tri-fold brochures, and promotional materials.
