Adventures Unlimited wanted to stand out in the crowded Ocoee, Tennessee whitewater rafting market with an updated brand. They also wanted to simplify the booking process on their website, increase trip sales and to help visitors more easily find information to dream and plan new adventures.
MCG started this project with the user in mind, focusing on understanding the user flow and making it extremely easy to book a trip. We began with UX design and wireframing on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices with user testing. The finished product was a much more modern take on this outdoor brand with an extremely easy navigation system and a three-step booking process. Once the website was live, we assisted in digital advertising and marketing collateral to help increase bookings through the website.
