JetBlue’s Heroic Response to Tragedy
This past weekend, a horrible tragedy struck our nation. A mass shooting occurred in Orlando, Florida inside the nightclub “Pulse.” This horrific event ended the lives of 50, injured 53, and forever changed the lives of countless family and friends. This shooting is reported to be the deadliest terrorist attack in the US since 9/11.
In response, JetBlue chose to use its resources to help those affected. The airline will provide free seats on available flights to and from Orlando for immediate family members and domestic partners of victims, in an effort to provide some comfort to those who need it most.

JetBlue stands out among its competitors due to this gesture. The company has received a very high rate of positive feedback for the offer. Kudos to JetBlue for providing such a timely contribution to the Orlando community.
