Office manager Sherrie DeMarcus is a Knoxville native who began her career at a local newspaper, where she engineered the launch of the paper’s customer service department. She later built on that experience during her tenure at a local printing company, where she excelled as customer service manager.
Sherrie serves as Morris Creative Group’s liaison with our clients, suppliers, and production staff. She provides accurate answers to myriad questions on countless subjects, while keeping communications current and timelines on track. We benefit daily from Sherrie’s ability to streamline and fine-tune complex customer service operations, and from her broad understanding of small-office management.
An avid reader and film buff, Sherrie enjoys time with her large extended family. A resident of the historic Sterchi Park neighborhood, she has served as secretary of the homeowners’ association since 2002.
