March 11, 2010, Knoxville, TN — The Family Business Institute announced today that its first-ever Social Media Boot Camp will be held on March 24, 2010 at Water’s Edge Conference Center at 608 Mabry Hood Road in Knoxville. The seminar will provide an opportunity for marketers, public relations professionals, and other businesspeople to learn what works and what doesn’t in using today’s new social media technologies like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Attendees will leave with a social media plan for their company that they have worked on in the seminar.

Knoxville, TN – February 10, 2008 – Morris Creative Group LLC announced today that Ashley Hairston, formerly with Scripps Networks, has been hired as Designer/Illustrator. In addition, Kellie Crye, a University of Tennessee student in graphic design, has been hired as Designer, having completed a design internship at the firm.

December 4, 2007 – Downtown residents unveiled a new clock on Gay Street, to replace the historic Hope Clock, and presented it to the citizens of the City of Knoxville during a dedication ceremony Friday at 5:30 p.m. on the 400 block of Gay Street.
