      2 (somewhat unsatisfied)
      3 (neither satisfied or unsatisfied; does not apply)
      4 (somewhat satisfied)
      5 (totally satisfied)The higher the score the more satisfied you are with your marketing communications program.
  • If a question does not apply to your company or marketing program, please answer with a 3.
  • After the final question, you will be given the range in which you scored and an explanation of what your score may mean.
